Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the shipping provider, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

Preferably, you can submit your withdrawal directly through your customer account. To do so, log in to your customer account, select the relevant order and request a return there.

You may use the sample withdrawal form below and send it to us by email. However, using this form is not mandatory. It is sufficient if your message clearly states that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your contract in full and return the entire order, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery.

Excluded from this are any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

If you only withdraw from part of your order and do not return all ordered items, we will only refund the purchase price of the returned items. In this case, the original shipping costs will not be refunded, provided that they would have been incurred even without the returned items.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any additional fees for the refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal.

Please include your order number with your return if possible, so that we can clearly assign your return to your order.

Condition of the Goods

You may try on the goods to check their condition, characteristics and fit, as you would be able to do in a store. Please handle the goods with care.

If an item has been used beyond normal inspection, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or if tags have been removed, this may result in compensation for loss of value.

Size Exchange

If an item does not fit, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Preferably, you can submit the size exchange directly through your customer account by requesting a return for the relevant order and selecting the wrong size as the reason.

If you do not have a customer account or cannot submit the request through your customer account, please contact us by email at info@barimah.de and provide your order number, the relevant item and the desired replacement size.

A size exchange is possible subject to availability. You bear the costs of returning the item to us. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement size to you once per order.

A size exchange is only possible if the item is returned to us unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all existing tags attached.

If the desired size is no longer available, we will refund the purchase price of the returned item.

For returns for other reasons, for example if you do not like an item or no longer want it, you bear the direct costs of the return yourself. This does not apply to justified complaints regarding damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items.

Complaints Regarding Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us before returning it.

Preferably, you can submit the complaint through your customer account by requesting a return for the relevant order and stating the reason for the complaint, for example defective item or wrong item.

If you do not have a customer account or cannot submit the complaint through your customer account, please contact us by email at info@barimah.de.

Please send us photos of the item, the defect, the packaging and your order number by email. This allows us to review the case more quickly and find a suitable solution.

In the case of a justified complaint, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs and arrange an appropriate solution, such as replacement delivery, repair or refund. In the case of a justified complaint, we will provide you with a free return label. Therefore, please do not return any items without contacting us first.

Damage caused by improper use, wearing, washing or self-caused damage after receipt does not constitute an original defect.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
